UCP of Greater New Orleans is staffed by a team of experienced, competent and caring professionals and is governed by a diverse and talented team of volunteers. Both staff and volunteers include parents, family members, and people with disabilities who are united in community and purpose.
A medical advisory board comprised of leading specialists in the fields of orthopedics, pediatrics, neurosurgery and dentistry contributes to the quality of services provided.
Licensed, certified, and monitored by the State of Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, UCP of Greater New Orleans serves Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany and other parishes in Southeast Louisiana.
UCP of Greater New Orleans is a United Way Agency which invests approximately 92 percent of all revenue to the provision of services. It is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization.
